A Down-To-Earth Organization That Is All About Hope
On Butterflies Wings was invited to speak to the University Park chapter of Young Men’s Service League October meeting. Young Men’s Service League is a non-profit organization that initiates and encourages young men and their mothers to pursue philanthropic involvement in their community and provides an opportunity to enhance mother/son relationships. Stacy Reed, shared her journey through her fight against breast cancer, and how she was touched by On Butterflies Wings along the way. This was a very special event in many ways and On Butterflies Wings is thankful to Stacy for sharing her story to save others lives through detection and prevention.
This wonderful organization of mothers/sons will now, in turn, be donating “care baskets” filled with goodies such as fuzzy socks, writing journals, hand lotion, seeds for gardening and snacks to give to our cancer patients at Texas Oncology at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas cancer center on behalf of On Butterflies Wings.
